Gas Nitriding furnace

The RN series nitriding furnace is cyclic energy-saving furnace, mainly used for nitriding of steel parts, auto cranked shaft, auto piston ring, and molds. Temperature: 650 degree celcius

1) The furnace has hot air circulation device, unifying the temperature and atmosphere inside the furnace. 2) The protective atmosphere keeps the workpieces from misshappening or oxidation. 3) The furnace cover is lifted by the electrical hydraulic device.

4)       The furnace inner tank, loading basket, and fan are made of heat resistant alloy steel.

5)       The furnace has fast cooling device.

6)       The furnace has interlock protection device.
