2. Structure

The press machine is comprised of machine body, driving system, clutch, slide, balancer, air pipes, lubrication system, and electrical control system.  

The machine body is made from quality steel plates, which are distressed by aging treatment.

The crank shaft is set longitudinally. The supporting points of the crank shaft have small distance between each other, which ensures a good rigidity.

The clutch is pneumatic dry type friction clutch-arrester. The machine is set with wet type clutch for models JH21-80 to JH21-315. The main parts of the clutch are imported such as friction sheet, spring, sealings, and bearings.

The slide is casted from resin sand which has a good internal organization and an external appearance. The guide rail is a rectangular shape, and the rail surface is laid with copper plate. Inside the slide there is the hydraulic pad which protects the press machine to work in the nominal pressure range through the hydraulic overloading protection device.

The die height is adjusted electrically excluding model JH21-25 and JH21-4. There is a mechanical meter to show the height with an accuracy of 0.1mm.

The machine is equipped with pneumatic balancer, and balancing slide.

The electrical control system employs Schneider buttons, Siemens AC contactor, thermal relays, etc. The machine is also set with Panasonic PLC, and Panasonic human-machine interface. The PLC control system can display crank shaft rotating angle, and indicate faults.

The machine is equipped with safety dual valve.
