2. Structure

The press machine is comprised of machine body, driving system, clutch, slide, balancer, communication system, air pipes, lubrication system, and electrical control system.

2.1 The machine body is a steel plate welding structure.

2.2 The high-rigidity machine frame ensures a stable performance of the machine.

2.3 The press machine is equipped with high-torque wet type clutch. The friction pad has a long service life.

2.4 The driving system is divided into 2 grades, triangle belt driving, and gear driving. The gear driving part is enclosed in the machine body.

2.5 The crank shaft is set longitudinally. The supporting points of the crank shaft have small distance between each other, which ensures a good rigidity.

2.6 The guide rail is a rectangular shape, and the rail surface is laid with copper plate. Inside the slide there is the hydraulic pad which protects the press machine to work in the nominal pressure range through the hydraulic overloading protection device. The die height is adjusted electrically, and is indicated by a mechanical meter to show the height with an accuracy of 0.1mm.

2.7 The press machine is set with pneumatic balancer, and balancing slide.

2.8 The signaling system of the machine is set with cam controller and encoder. The machine is also set with PLC, and human-machine interface. The PLC control system can display crank shaft rotating angle, and indicate faults.

2.9 The machine is lubricated collectively by the oil pump.

2.10 The dual safety valve ensures safer moves of the clutch and arrester.

2.11 The press machine can work with other automatic devices to facilitate operation.
